Service Agreement
By scheduling a service call with Virginia Beach Appliance Repair, you agree to these terms. Our technicians will diagnose and provide a written estimate before performing any repair work.
Service Call & Diagnostic Fee
A service/diagnostic fee is charged for each service call. This fee covers the cost of dispatching a certified technician to your location and performing a diagnostic inspection. The fee is waived when you approve the repair estimate.
90-Day Labor Warranty
All labor performed by Virginia Beach Appliance Repair is covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue returns within 90 days due to our workmanship, we will repair it at no additional labor charge. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payments. Financing options are available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
Virginia Beach Appliance Repair's liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to our service or for consequential damages.
